Each item is photographed and listed so you can see exactly what you are ordering. Variations in fabric prints are a natural part of a quilted item.
I take great care when hand making each item and refunds will not be given on items. If an error is made while I’m making the items, I will happily repair or replace (depending on the error) if notified within 3 days of receipt. I will take care when packaging and shipping items but please know I am not able to control a package once it leaves my hands. All items will be shipped with a tracking number.
Items marked "Ready to Ship" will be mailed within 3 business days. Items marked "Made to Order" will ship within 4-5 weeks.
